The fine print
Every rate con hides the rules for getting paid. We read them for you.
RATE CONFIRMATION
- Detention $50.00/hr after 2 hours free, from appointment time or actual arrival, whichever is later. Max $300.00 per stop.
- Carrier must notify dispatch no later than 30 minutes before free time expires. Late notice will not be honored.
- Detention is void if driver arrives more than 15 minutes late.
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours with signed BOL in/out times.
- $100 fine per occurrence for failure to provide tracking.

Questions drivers ask
Straight answers.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Everything happens in WhatsApp, which you already have. You send photos and tap buttons, the same as texting a friend.
Who sends the invoice to the broker?
You do. We build it and show you the PDF first. It only goes out when you reply YES, and it goes out under your company name.
I use a factoring company. Does this still work?
Yes. We track your times and build the detention paperwork either way, and we're building the step that sends approved detention to your factor.
Will brokers be upset if I claim detention?
Detention is in your rate con for a reason. We only claim what your rate con allows, with exact times and your BOL signatures attached. That's the cleanest claim a broker can get.
What if my rate con comes in several photos?
Send them all. We work out which pages belong together, put your loads in pickup order and ask you to confirm once.
What does it cost?

What do you keep about me?
Your name, WhatsApp number, MC number, your email and company if you give them, your rate cons and your dock times. That's it. No SSN, no bank details, no passwords.
